Kits

In the course of providing trainings and giving presentations on Learning Sobriety Together (LST) and Behavioral Couples Therapy (BCT), including all of their variations and adaptations, we are often asked about "out-of-the-box" materials the treatment providers and programs can obtain to start and maintain their own version of LST or BCT. One of the challenges in meeting this request is that the needs of providers and programs (not to mention the clients they serve) vary greatly; no single set of materials will 'be all things to all programs.' However, with that caveat notwithstanding, the Addiction and Family Research Group has put together a "kit" of generic materials which programs and providers can download for their use and, in many cases, modify as necessary to meet their own particular needs. The materials range from posters and fliers that providers can use to detailed therapy manuals that can be reviewed for implementing the intervention with clients. Those who are interested are also referred to the Manuals and Publication pages of the website for more materials that may also be helpful.
